Abstract
Introduction. Nowadays within the conditions of humanization of the penitentiary system the educational work dealing with the resocialization of a convict has become one of the essential instruments of convicts’ treatment. Resocialization of convicted persons is primarily connected with their value reorientation, and the creation of steady stereotypes of positive social behavior. The organization of club activity at the detention facilities plays an important role in this process. The activity intends to integrate a law-abiding citizen who is able for efficient contact focused on cultural values and healthy life-style into the society. At places of deprivation of freedom a crucial task of the usage of club activity potential is to overcome negative trends and to provide optimal opportunities and conditions for rehabilitation of prison population. There is some positive experience in such activity at certain correctional institutions. Materials and Methods. The analysis of different documents, periodicals publications and work experience of correctional institutions makes it possible to evaluate effective practical realization of convicts’ involvement into the club activity aimed at rehabilitating convicts and outlining the way for their improvement. Results and Discussions. The mode of drivers’ provocative behavior is the manner of assumption of risk driving and intentional violation of Highway Code of the Russian Federation that may cause unintended and even tragic consequences for road users. From the psychological point of view there is the demonstration of prestigious vehicle opportunities and a driver’s personal style of driving as a means and method of provocation under road traffic conditions as well as making videotape of driver’s behavior and later posting it online. Provocative behavior of drivers operating expensive vehicles corresponds to dangerous driving though they are not identical. Provocative driving behavior is often exhibited by representatives of elite youth who feel they act with impunity. The certainty of punishment and public reprimand are required in conjunction with the increased level of legal awareness and driving culture. Further development of issues concerning the influence of psychological features and drivers’ behavior on road traffic safety is also necessary Conclusions. Organization of club activity at the detention facilities is one of the important tasks of teaching staff and it must be primarily aimed at spiritual and moral development and education of convicts and then at their recreation. It is necessary to fill the substance of club activity with such components as reflection, a person’s communication with himself, searching purposes of life, the development of existential sphere of convicts, their creativity, communicative skills and self-generating initiative
