Abstract
The methods of Cattell, Eysenk, Boyko, Leongard, Guildford, Holmes, Rahe have been used to develop the psychogramme of a successful officer of juvenile delinquency units. The diagnosed standard model of a psychogramme of a successful officer of juvenile delinquency units comprises a high level of social intelligence manifested generally in interest and love to children, that is in abilities to foresee child and juvenile behaviour consequences, apprehend their further actions estimating real communications, predict events (frequent hetero-aggressions, autoagressions) basing on comprehension of juvenile feelings, thoughts and intentions, develop a distinct strategy of their own behaviour to achieve the goals in their work; be competent in non-verbal reactions, norm and role patterns and rules regulating juvenile behaviour (Methods of Guildford, subtest 1 (p < 0.001); reveal and understand juvenile non-verbal signs, compare them with verbal ones; identify feelings of juveniles not always being able to verbally express their feelings especially children with border psychic development from problem families who fall behind their peers in verbalization of feelings (Methods of Guildford, subtest 2 (p < 0.001).
